KBW barrister, Ian Skelt has recently appeared in the Employment Appeal Tribunal (11-13 March 2015) in the test case over the legality of a rule requiring police officers to retire after 30 years service as part of a government cost cutting initiative.
Ian is instructed by Leeds firm, Rebian Solicitors, who successfully represented over 200 police officers from accross five UK police forces in February 2014. Judgement in the case has been reserved.
