KBW members involved in successful prosecution for murder in Hull.

Mark Vaskouski was sentenced at Hull Crown Court on 7 November to life in prison with a minimum term of 20 years for murdering a man in his own flat.

Sam Sharp - instructed by Samantha Lindley of Number 1 Law has recently secured the acquittal of a defendant accused of a dwelling burglary following a three-day trial at Sheffield Crown Court.

Following a hearing spanning 7 days, a Police Misconduct Panel found PC Liam Madden to have subjected two female police officers to controlling and abusive behaviour whilst in relationships with them.
