Tamara Pawson has been nominated as a Deputy District Judge to hear Court of Protection matters

“Chambers is delighted to announce that Tamara Pawson has been nominated as a Deputy District Judge to hear Court of Protection matters, on behalf of the Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales. She has been allocated to the North East Pool of Judges.

Tamara was called to the Bar in 2003 and has developed a successful criminal practice in both prosecution and defence. In 2013 she was appointed as a fee-paid Tribunal Judge of the First Tier Tribunal (Social Entitlement Chamber).

Owing to judicial commitments, Tamara is not currently accepting instructions.”
