Daniel Ingham successfully defends teenager accused of GBH before Leeds Crown Court.

Daniel Ingham, instructed by Grahame Stowe Bateson Solicitors, represented the defendant who was acquitted of grievous bodily harm and possession of a bladed article following a 5-day trial at Leeds Crown Court.

It was alleged that the defendant had stabbed a 37-year-old man with learning difficulties in the street at random. The case involved applications to adduce the defendant’s bad character and the use of an intermediary when the defendant was giving evidence.
