Damian Broadbent successful in fact finding hearing.

Damian Broadbent successfully represented an intervenor accused of causing multiple fractures to a three-month-old infant. The court heard evidence from several witnesses, including an expert paediatrician. On day three of the eight-day hearing Damian invited the court to discharge his client as an intervenor. The court accepted Damian’s submission that there was no possibility that the allegations made by the local authority and the other parties against his client could be proven.
