Chambers is delighted to announce that Manisha Marwaha has been appointed as a Deputy District Judge on the North Eastern Circuit, on the advice of the Lord Chancellor and Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales. Manisha has been appointed as of today’s date to sit within the Civil and Family Jurisdiction.
Manisha was called to the Bar in 2009 and is Head of Family within Chambers. Manisha is a top ranked Tier 1 Leading Junior in the Legal 500 and practices in Family, Court of Protection, Judicial Review Claims and Inquests and Inquiries.
Manisha will sit for approximately four weeks per year and her busy full time practice will continue as usual alongside her new judicial role.
