Adam Keenaghan, instructed by Stephen Simpson of West Yorkshire Police Legal Services, successfully defended the Chief Constable.
After a two-day trial at Leeds County Court, the Claimant’s case for unlawful arrest and false imprisonment, amongst other things, was dismissed. The Chief Constable recovered his costs of defending the claim.
