Adam Keenaghan was instructed by HNK solicitors on behalf of the Claimant in an action against Greater Manchester Police arising out of the Claimant’s arrest for an alleged breach of the peace.
After a three-day trial before HHJ Sephton KC at the Manchester Civil Justice Centre, the jury returned favourable answers on all questions left to it. Judgment was entered in favour of the Claimant. Damages and costs were awarded.
