Joseph Wynn and Daniel Penman were in Rochdale today giving a seminar on the issues of breach of duty and causation in industrial disease and noise induced hearing loss cases. Several firms of solicitors were represented and an expert ENT surgeon was also present to give his input on the issues. Participants described the seminar as “valuable” and Daniel and Joseph as “amazing and very knowledgeable”.
