Joe Purshouse, one of our current pupils, recently delivered a teaching session at the University of Cambridge to students on the Police Executive Programme, addressing the regulation of artificial intelligence in policing. The session explored the transformative impact that AI is having on some areas of police work, and took students through the main contours of the legal framework that will regulate future use of AI in policing.
Joe welcomes instructions from forces looking to explore this area further, and force solicitors seeking advice on the regulation of AI in policing
