Chambers are pleased to announce that Ian Mullarkey, head of our Inquests and Public Inquiries Team, has been appointed an Assistant Coroner for South Yorkshire (Eastern Area).
Ian, has appeared on behalf of a number of police forces, healthcare providers and others at a substantial number of Article 2 and non-Article 2 coroners’ inquests, conducted both with and without a jury. He will sit part time whilst continuing with his usual busy practice, based at Doncaster Coroner’s Court.
