Represents Claimants and Defendants in general civil litigation from contract to employer liability claims.

Industrial disease work, in particular Hand Arm Vibration Syndrome/Vibration White Finger and Noise Induced Hearing Loss Claims, forms an extensive part of personal injury practice.

Represents Claimants and Defendants in personal injury and road traffic accident claims both on the small, fast and multi track. Also advises on liability and quantum and drafts statements of case.

Regularly gives seminars and lectures to solicitors in asylum, immigration and personal injury matters

Started practising in London and on the South Eastern Circuit before moving to KBW Chambers in December 2008.
