Police Law

Significant amount of experience in disclosure applications relating to family proceedings, both requesting evidence filed in Family Court proceedings and resisting orders made by the Family Court for disclosure from the police during ongoing investigations, (C2 applications).

Has a particular interest in Court of Protection Work, having represented the police during Court of Protection hearings relating to vulnerable complainants.

Experienced in applications for football banning orders, cash forfeiture and sexual offences prevention orders.
