Criminal Law

Practises in all areas of criminal law with a 50/50 split of defence and prosecution work.

Particular experience of working with vulnerable witnesses and defendants. Recent cases include causing death by careless driving, child cruelty, conspiracy to supply class A drugs, outraging public decency, robbery, possession of firearms and sexual assault of a child under 13.

Has a particular interest in abuse of process arguments.

Experienced in cases prosecuted by HM Revenue and Customs, Child Support Agency and Department of Work and Pensions.
