On 6 December 2018 Gregory Jones QC, Richard Honey, Roxanne Frantzis and Manisha Marwaha will be delivering a Judicial Review seminar. The seminar will be aimed at providing both public sector and private practice solicitors with an update on a number of important but difficult points which regularly arise in all fields of public law. The seminar will be aimed at giving practical advice based on the speakersâ€™ extensive professional experience of judicial review.
The topics to be covered are:
- Gregory Jones QC: legitimate expectation
- Manisha Marwaha: grounds of judicial review; permission applications and responses
- Roxanne Frantzis: applications to amend the statement of facts and grounds; limitation
- Richard Honey: disclosure, the duty of candour and cross-examination
The seminar will commence with registration over tea and coffee from 5:30pm. The seminar itself will start at 6pm and will include a panel Q&A session. There will be a drinks reception after the seminar.
