Areas of Practice

Crime

Defends and prosecutes all areas and levels of criminal law in the Crown Court, including serious violent and sexual offences.

CPS Grade 3 Prosecutor

In addition to matters prosecuted by the Crown, has experience in those prosecuted by other authorities, including HM Revenue and Customs, GSL, the Probation Service and Northern Rail

Prison Law

Represents lay clients in hearings before the Parole Board and in adjudication hearings before an Independent Adjudicator

Has experience, and accepts instructions, in Coroner’s Court Inquests, Civil Claims and Immigration Tribunal hearings.
