Prosecuting and defending across the whole spectrum of criminal offences. Regularly instructed to defend in offences of murder, manslaughter, rape, historic allegations of child abuse, serious offences of violence and large drug conspiracies. Recently defended in a series of cases involving youths charged with raping other youths.

Attended training in prosecuting serious sexual offences and in the use of intermediaries to assist vulnerable witnesses.

  • R v Lovegreen - Farmers wife charged with murdering her husband.
  • R v Tingle & Pearson - Murder by drug dealers in revenge for Victim stealing their drugs
  • R v Cheema - Prosecution of husband for raping and threatening to kill his wife
  • R v Knappett - Drug addict murder of his dealer’s 16 year old daughter.
