Noteworthy Cases

  • Regina v Bailey & Another [2006] - Defending a murder case involving only the second prosecution of a man who had already served a 5 year sentence for GBH, following the death of the victim 7 years after the offence (Double Jeopardy).
  • Regina v Pilling [2002] - Defending a rape of 3 Boy Scouts by a Scouts District Commissioner over several years.
  • Regina v White [2000 ] - Defending a Historical Sex Abuse.
