Areas of Practice

Member of the Crime, Civil, Employment and Police teams.

Crime

Practises in all areas of criminal law, with particular experience of working with vulnerable witnesses and defendants. Recent cases include causing death by careless driving, conspiracy to supply class A drugs, robbery, possession of firearms and sexual assault of a child under 13.

Has undergone training in prosecuting sexual offences and is a Grade 2 Prosecutor.

Experienced in cases prosecuted by HM Revenue and Customs, Child Support Agency and Department of Work and Pensions.

Civil

Experienced in advising and representing clients in a wide range of civil claims and hearings, including infant settlements, disposal hearings and claims involving credit hire issues.

Experience in police law work includes disclosure applications relating to family proceedings (C2 applications), applications for football banning orders and sexual offences prevention orders.

Accepts instructions in all areas of employment law, acting for both claimants and respondents.
