Experienced in advising upon all aspects of Human Rights law and regularly contributes commentaries for publication.
Experienced in all aspects of personal injury litigation, acting on behalf of both claimants and defendants. Involved in many claims relating to noise induced hearing loss, vibration white finger and other industrial diseases. Regularly instructed in Fatal Accident claims. Undertakes work on a Conditional Fee basis where appropriate.
Acts for the police in a wide range of non-criminal police work, including coroners’ inquests, licensing, cash forfeiture hearings and Sexual Offences Prevention Order applications.
