Recent Crown Court jury trials include drug supply, sexual assault, arson with intent to endanger life, robbery, wounding with intent, violent disorder, money laundering and computer pornography. Recent led cases include murder, conspiracy to supply Class A drugs, conspiracy to commit burglary, computer hacking and judicial review concerning decisions as to Bad Character under Criminal Justice Act 2003.

Acted for West Yorkshire, Northumbria, Durham and Essex Constabularies.
Acted for the Defendant in civil actions against the Police.
Operational Police cases include Sexual Offences Prevention Orders, ASBOs, Football Banning Orders and applications under the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002, including appeals to the Crown Court.
Prison Law cases include referrals to the High Court of minimum term to be served under life sentence and judicial review of provisions for medical treatment for a serving prisoner.
