Criminal Law

Prosecutes and Defends in all areas and levels of work, appearing in Crown, Magistrates' and Youth Courts. Recent cases include drug trafficking, fraud and serious assaults.
Proceeds of Crime work: Appearing on behalf of the Serious Organised Crime Division and Central Confiscation Unit. On list of accredited Counsel for Central Confiscation Unit. Has appeared in the High Court Queen's bench division in relation to freezing orders and civil recovery applications.
Experienced in cash forfeiture applications under the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002, both at first instance and on appeal.
Level 2 prosecutor.
Attended training in prosecuting serious sexual offences and in the use of intermediaries to assist vulnerable witnesses.
