Personal Injury

Experienced in all aspects of personal injury litigation, acting on behalf of both claimants and defendants. Has particular knowledge of all aspects of industrial disease related litigation. Has acted alone in a number of claims valued in excess of £1m. Undertakes work on a conditional fee basis where appropriate

Is available to provide training to legal/commercial clients. Ian has a nationwide practice, including Northern Ireland. Accepts work on a direct access basis.
