Criminal Law

Appears for both the Crown and the defence in the Crown Court, Magistrates' and Youth Courts. Regularly deals with a wide range of offences, including assaults, offences against property, public order offences and road traffic offences. Particular experience dealing with young and vulnerable witnesses.

Recently led by Andrew Robertson QC prosecuting R v Kirk Henson and Antoinette Sawdon, a case involving the sexual abuse of very young children. Both defendants were convicted after trial.

Level 2 prosecutor.
