Personal Injury

Regularly appears in the County Court and the  Mercantile Court. Undertakes a variety of work, in both the Small Claims and Fast Track, whether it be for a Trial or complex legal argument.  Has made various Applications, including those for and opposing Summary Judgment, Applications to Strike Out Claims, as well as for and opposing Judgment entered.  Also has experience representing both parties in possession hearings.

Receives instructions to represent either Claimants or Defendants.

Has a significant paper practice, receiving instructions to draft Advices on liability and quantum.

Spent a year at a Commercial law firm before commencing her pupillage, which gave her experience in drafting Statements of Case and developed her interest in insurance law, particularly in relation to subrogated recovery. 

Has experience in defending civil actions against the police and representing parties at Inquests.
