Family Law

Has experience in all areas of family law relating to children, including private law residence and contact disputes, adoption, as well as care proceedings.

Is regularly instructed to represent mothers and fathers in private law matters.  Has particular experience in handling disputes over the permanent removal of a child from the jurisdiction and regularly receives instructions to represent clients suffering from violence, drug addiction and harassment. 

In matrimonial matters, receives instructions in ancillary relief applications and in cohabitation disputes.
