Criminal Law
Regularly receives instructions, both to Prosecute and Defend in the Magistrates’, Youth and Crown Courts.
Enjoys a broad practice, having experience in a variety of criminal cases. Recent cases include: burglary, possession of false identity documents with intent to defraud (involving deportation matters), cultivation and production of cannabis, dangerous driving, serious assaults, possession of offensive weapons and harassment. Particular expertise in cases involving domestic violence.
Level 1 prosecutor
Has experience prosecuting confiscation matters.
R v Grant, Wood, Thomas and Anderson [2011] - During pupillage, was the Noting Junior for a high profile murder trial in Sheffield Crown Court.
