Personal Injury
Experienced in advising and representing Claimants and Defendants in a wide range of civil claims and hearings, including road traffic claims and personal injury work.
Regularly appears in county courts across the country, including small claims and fast-track trials, infant settlements, fast-track disposal hearings and credit hire cases. Also regularly appears in civil application hearings on behalf of Claimants and Defendants.
Particular interest in industrial disease work, including Noise-induced Hearing Loss and Hand Arm Vibration Syndrome/Vibration White Finger claims. Comfortable with limitation issues and legislation.
Also experienced in small-claims contract disputes representing large companies including Virgin Media and Thomson Reuters (Legal) Limited. Has acted on behalf of the police in civil disclosure proceedings.
Advises on liability and quantum and drafts statements of case. Available to undertake work on a Conditional Fee Agreement.
