Susan McKendry as a tenant. Susan’s practice focusses on the Court of Protection including capacity and best interest cases, deprivation of liberty challenges and Susan has particular experience of serious medical treatment cases. She is regularly instructed on behalf of patients and their families, advocates and the Official Solicitor, and also by local authorities.
