Police Law

Experienced in civil matters involving the police, including:

• Applications for football banning orders.
• Applications for forfeiture of criminal property under the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002.
• Applications for anti-social behaviour orders.
• Applications by the police in response to disclosure orders made in family proceedings.
• Acting for West Yorkshire Police in a successful application to the family court for permission to interview, as a witness, a three-year old boy who was in the care of a local authority about a serious assault.
