Criminal Law

Both prosecution and defence work undertaken: Special interest in Road Traffic cases.

Has been instructed to prosecute Crown Court cases including wounding with intent, applying corrosive substances, conspiracy to supply class a drugs, arson and witness intimidation.

Defence work has included drugs supply, wounding with intent, robbery and burglary. Level 3 prosecutor (including rape panel) .
Attended training in prosecuting serious sexual offences and in the use of intermediaries to assist vulnerable witnesses
